One of the perks (or problems) with running a tea company is that I get to taste a lot of tea. As a consequence I frequently have a new favourite tea which I take home and drink a lot of until i find my new favourite tea. Usually it is a new tea every couple of weeks at most.
This year has been really unusual, as I have drinking Lady Felicity for most of 2015. Which makes it the longest running favourite for a considerable amount of time.
Lady Felicity is a blend of Chinese black tea, bergamot and mandarin oils. It is well balanced, soft and smooth black tea, with a cheery citrus kick, the mandarin and bergamot oils create an uplifting scent which carries through into the liquor. Neither flavour is overpowering and they both harmonise with the black tea base. It is very easy to drink.
